Single Screw Extruder
The single screw extruder is composed of an Archimedean screw rotating in a heated barrel. Because of its simple structure, easy manufacturing, high processing efficiency and low price, it is widely used. It is the most mature technology and the most used type of extruder.
At present, the single screw extruder has developed from the original basic spiral structure, such as damping screw block, exhaust screw, slotted screw barrel, pin barrel, building block structure and other different structural types. At the same time, due to the small space occupied by the single screw extruder, it has become the main equipment in the field of composite processing and plastic blow molding film.
1. Pipe extrusion: suitable for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX cross-linked pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon core pipe and all kinds of coextrusion composite pipe.
2. Plate and sheet extrusion: suitable for extrusion of PVC, pet, PS, PP, PC and other profiles and plates. Other kinds of plastics extrusion, such as wire, rod, etc.
3. Extrusion of profile: adjust the speed of extruder and change the structure of extrusion screw, which can be used to produce PVC, polyolefin and other plastic profiles. Modified granulation: suitable for blending, modification and strengthening granulation of various plastics.
